ONCOMETHYLOME SCIENCES RAISES AN ADDITIONAL €3.3 MILLION BY EXERCISE OF THE OVER-ALLOTMENT OPTION

Total Proceeds of IPO Amount to €25.3 Million

LIEGE (BELGIUM) - June 30, 2006 - June 30, 2006 – Following its recent IPO and listing on Euronext Brussels and Euronext Amsterdam on June 27, 2006, OncoMethylome Sciences announces it has raised an additional €3.3 million through the exercise of the over-allotment option by Fortis and ING, the joint lead managers in the offering.

The option was granted by OncoMethylome Sciences on up to 440,000 new shares, at the IPO price of €7.5 per share. Following the positive performance of the shares and demand for the shares in the aftermarket, ING and Fortis chose to exercise their option on all 440,000 new shares, raising additional €3.3 million. As a result, in total 3,373,334 new shares have been placed in the offering, amounting to €25.3 million of proceeds in total. OncoMethylome’s share capital is now represented by 10,450,954 shares.
