Philip Devine, MBA, CPA, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Devine joined OncoMethylome Sciences at its inception. Prior to joining OncoMethylome Sciences, Mr. Devine served as chief financial officer of Tibotec-Virco, where he managed its sale to Johnson and Johnson. Previously, he was a manager at the management consulting firm McKinsey & Company and an auditor at Deloitte & Touche, where he conducted numerous mergers and acquisitions, led initial public offerings, and managed the growth of both small and Fortune 500 companies.

Mr. Devine, an American citizen, holds a CPA license, an MBA degree from INSEAD, an MSA degree from Bentley College, and a BA degree from Dartmouth College.
