Jan Groen, Ph.D., Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Jan Groen, has more than 25 years of experience in the clinical diagnostic industry, with a focus on emerging technologies, product development and commercialization. Dr. Groen was previously the president of Agendia Inc. and COO of Agendia B.V. and was responsible for their United States and European diagnostic operations.

Prof. Van Criekinge is a leading specialist in bioinformatics. He was formerly a co-founder of Devgen and is currently part-time professor of computational genomics and bioinformatics at the molecular biotechnology department of the University of Ghent.

Joseph Sollee, J.D., LLM, Group General Counsel
Mr. Sollee has provided legal counsel to OncoMethylome Sciences since its inception in 2003, and in April 2008 joined our management team as Group General Counsel. Mr. Sollee received a Juris Doctorate in Law and a Masters degree in International Law from Duke University, a BA degree from Harvard University, and has been awarded New York, Washington D.C. and North Carolina legal bar certifications.

Katelijne Matthys, MD, Ph.D., Medical Director
Dr Matthys joined OncoMethylome after having worked for 7 years in the Belgian subsidiary of Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. During that time, she held several positions in Medical and Clinical, her last position being Head of Medical Affairs & Clinical Research for hospital products. Prior to Pfizer, Dr Matthys worked for 3 years at Devgen, a biotech start-up at the time, as Pharmacologist and Project Leader.
